WHAT IS THE MUMM NAPA WINE CLUB MEMBERSHIP?

The Mumm Napa Club Vivant membership is a subscription-based service that allows you to receive hand-curated wine shipments from Tami Lotz, our winemaker, based out of our Mumm Napa winery. It is a convenient way to enjoy your favorite sparkling wines and discover new ones regularly. Mumm Napa wine club members also enjoy exclusive benefits both online and at the winery. 

HOW DOES IT WORK TO JOIN A WINE CLUB MEMBERSHIP?

You can join Mumm Napa wine club either on our website or at the winery. Start by choosing a club tier you like to join from our Classic, Collector’s Edition or DVX options. Customize your selection to your preferences before every shipment or receive a pre-selected choice of wines and you’re set to celebrate everyday moments, big & small, with award-winning Mumm Napa wines delivered to your doorstep.

WHICH MEMBERSHIP IS RIGHT FOR ME?

There’s no right or wrong answer here! The right membership for you depends on your preferences and how much wine you’d like to receive. You can choose from three tiers. Receive 3 bottles of wine 4 times a year, when joining our Classic Club tier, or 6 bottles if you join our Collectors and get access to the complete selection of Mumm Napa-exclusive sparkling wines, including our DVX annual release & limited-production wines. If you are a devoted fan of our esteemed flagship DVX series, you’ll receive 6 bottles of this cherished cuvée 2 times a year. 

WHAT IS A WINE CLUB SHIPMENT?

In the wine industry, we call a wine club shipment, an order which contains your hand-curated wine you are set to receive regularly, either 2 or 4 times a year based on your wine club tier selection.

WHEN WILL I GET MY FIRST SHIPMENT?

From the moment you join and complete your online sign up, our customer service team will be in touch to conveniently schedule with you your first shipment. After that, you’ll be receiving the shipments with the regular cadence 4 times per year in February, May, September & November when joining our Classic and Collectors Edition tiers, or 2 times per year in May & November when signing up for our DVX tier.

HOW OFTEN WILL I RECEIVE WINE CLUB SHIPMENTS?

The frequency of wine club shipments depends on your chosen membership level. Our Wine Club Shipments cadence is 4 times per year in February, May, September & November when joining our Classic and Collectors Edition member tiers, or 2 times per year in May & November when signing up for our DVX member tier. The wine shipments usually ship on the 2nd week of the month of each Club Shipment cycle and may take up to 7 business days to reach their destination 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO JOIN A WINE CLUB?

The cost of a wine club membership at Mumm Napa varies depending on the level of membership tier you choose and the number of bottles you receive per shipment. Membership levels range from $150-$430 per shipment.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF JOINING A WINE CLUB?

Benefits of joining Mumm Napa Club Vivant include access to exclusive wines, discounts on wine purchases, flat-rate shipping for club shipments, preferred seating at the winery, complimentary tastings, exclusive offers, invitations to events, and more. 

WHAT IS A “MEMBER EXCLUSIVE” WINE?

A “member exclusive” wine is a wine that is only available to members of Mumm Napa Club Vivant. 

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY WINE CLUB SHIPMENTS TO FIT MY PREFERENCES?

Yes, at Mumm Napa, wine club members can customize their shipments to fit their preferences. You can select the wines you want to receive, adjust the number of bottles per shipment, and update your shipping address and payment information. 

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY WINE CLUB TIER OR SKIP A SHIPMENT?

You can skip a wine club shipment during the Club shipment period either on our website or by contacting our customer service team. Members are allowed to skip one shipment per year. To change your subscription, please contact the Mumm Napa Club Vivant team at 800-686-6272 during our hours of operation (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST, Monday through Sunday), or email us at [email protected]. We’ll take care of the rest.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR PAUSE MY WINE CLUB MEMBERSHIP?

To cancel or pause your Mumm Napa Club Vivant membership, you can log into your account on the Mumm Napa website or contact the Mumm Napa Club Vivant team at 800-686-6272 or vía email at [email protected].

HOW DO I UPDATE MY WINE CLUB MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION?

To update your billing or shipping information, you can log into your account on the Mumm Napa website and make changes in your account settings. You can also contact the Mumm Napa Club Vivant team at 800-686-6272 during our hours of operation (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST, Monday through Sunday), or email us at [email protected].

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AVAILABLE TO SIGN FOR DELIVERY AND RECEIVE MY WINE CLUB SHIPMENT?

There must be an adult 21 years of age or older available to sign for the shipment at the time of delivery. We expect our carriers to make multiple delivery attempts, per their policy. If these attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse.  

DO WINE CLUB MEMBERS RECEIVE DISCOUNTS ON WINE PURCHASES?

Yes, wine club members at Mumm Napa receive discounts on all wine purchases both online and at the winery, as well as access to exclusive member-only discounts and promotions.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING POLICY FOR WINE CLUB SHIPMENTS?

Wine club shipments come with a $20 flat-rate shipping fee for standard shipping. AK & HI receive ½ OFF Expedited Shipping. Expedited shipping is also available for an additional fee.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WINE IN MY SHIPMENT IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

If you receive a damaged or defective wine club shipment from Mumm Napa, you can contact the Mumm Napa Club Vivant team at 800-686-6272 during our hours of operation (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST, Monday through Sunday), or email us at [email protected] to arrange for a replacement or refund.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY FOR A WINE CLUB SHIPMENT?

However, Mumm Napa does not accept returns of wine for reasons other than damage or defects.

ARE WINE CLUB SHIPMENTS AVAILABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?

We do not ship outside of the U.S.

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON SHIPPING WINE TO CERTAIN STATES?

We are available exclusively in the U.S. We ship to all but the following U.S. states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and Utah. See our Shipping FAQs.

CAN I PICK-UP MY WINE SHIPMENT AT THE WINERY?

Yes, you can choose to pick up your wine club shipment at the winery. If you can’t pick up your shipment at the winery, you can contact the Mumm Napa Club Vivant team at 800-686-6272 during our hours of operation (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST, Monday through Sunday), or email us at [email protected] to have your shipment shipped to you.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT WHEN I VISIT THE MUMM NAPA WINERY AS A CLUB MEMBER?

Club members receive benefits at the winery, including preferred seating, complimentary tastings, access to members-only hotel deals, and more. 

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT TO JOIN A WINE CLUB?

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to join the Mumm Napa wine club.
